"IL
CARDINALE" raises 3 kms far from S. Vincenzo on a coastal hill, from
where you can enjoy the view of Corsica Isle and the small islands of the
Tirrenian sea. The building is in an area of 26 hectares and is equipped
with a solarium, a tennis table and a play ground for children. It was modernized
in 1992 and from two to twelve people can live in one of its different size
Flats.
The Flats are really comfortable and functional, with their own heating
system.
Every room has a shower and a toilet. You can enjoy your meal inside or
in the open air, where there are some barbecues, in a very typical Tuscanian
scenery with cultivated fields and very high trees around.
Close
to the area there is a manège, while 6 kms far from it there are the Terme
of Caldana with a natural hot water swimming pool.
From Piombino 18 kms away, you can leave for the Isle of Elba.
The region is rich in excursions, both cultural or naturalistic i.e. Volterra,
Baratti (with the Etruscan necropolis), medieval villages such as Massa
Marittima, Suvereto, Campiglia, Castagneto Carducci, not to speak of Florence
and Siena; the oasis of Bolgheri and Orbetello, the park of Uccellina.
In the town of S. Vincenzo you can find sports and shopping centers, natural
or private beaches, discos etc.

CARDINALE" se trouve à 3 Km de San Vincenzo en colline de où l'on peut se
rejouir de la vue de la mer avec l'arcipel Toscan et la Corse. La maison
est au centre d'une proprietè de 26 hectares. Dans le jardin il y a un solarium,
des jeux pour les enfants et un Table de Tennis. "IL CARDINALE" a été restructuré
en 1992. Il peut accueillir de 2 à 12 personnes dans des appartements indipendents.
Les appartements sont meublés d'une façon confortable et fonctionnel et
ils disposent d'un système de chauffage independent aussi. Chaque appartement
est doué de douche, w.c. et coin cuisine. Dans le jardin chacun a son table
pour le repas en plain air et des chaises longues. On peut employer des
barbecues qui se trouvent près des appartements. Le milieu est celui caracteristique
de la campagne Toscane cultivé à frument, oliviers et vignables. Il y a
un pinede autour de la maison.
Juste
au bout de la propriété il y a un manège. A 6 Km environ le thermes de Caldana
avec un Calidarium et une piscine. A 18 Km il y a Piombino et le port pour
l'île d'Elba. La zone est idéale pour des excursions soit touristiques soit
naturalistiques. Dans les envivons il y a le golfe de Baratti avec la nécropole
etrusque, Volterra et des bourgs médiévaux comme Massa Marittima, Suvereto,
Campiglia Marittima, Castagneto et de grandes villes d'art Florence et Siene.
Peu loin l'oasis de Bolgheri, celle de Orbetello et le parc de l'Uccellina.
A San Vincenzo il y a des plages de sable fin soit libres que organizées,
des restaurants et des boîtes.

Die Appartements sind gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet und mit Heizungen
auegestattet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Liegestühle sowie eine Sitzgruppe im Garten (Grill-möglichkeit vorhanden)
gehören zu jeder Wohneinheit.

è quello tipico della campagna toscana con campi coltivati e alberi d'alto
fusto.

confine della proprietà c'è un maneggio.
A circa 6 Km Si trovano le Terme di Caldana con Calidarium e piscina.
A 18 Km c'è Piombino col porto per l'Isola d'Elba.
La zona si presta ad escursioni turistiche sia di tipo culturale che naturalistico.
Nelle vicinanze citiamo il Golfo di Baratti con la necropoli etrusca, Volterra,
borghi medievali come Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Campiglia, Castagneto Carducci
e anche grandi città d'arte come Firenze e Siena.
