A Roman Cardinal had chosen this villa, 3 minutes far from S. Vincenzo beaches, as home for his summer vacation. In the green of pines to dominate the Tyrrhenian sea and Etruscan coast from Piombino to Castiglioncello, horizon is broken only by silhouettes of the Tuscan archipelago’s islands and Corsica.

Recently renovated in small and large apartments, "Il Cardinale" has tried to maintain the charm of the old, never at the expense of new features. All apartments have the option of staying and dining in outdoor living areas. In common areas there are a solarium, a tennis table, games for children and three barbecues. The old kitchen with its large fireplace was placed as television room.
